Mission and Purpose

The mission of the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Engagement at Iowa State University is to create opportunities to enhance the academic success, personal development, and well-being of college students within the sorority and fraternity community. Our office is committed to fostering a values-driven environment where students can thrive academically and cultivate lifelong leadership skills. Through education, mentorship, and community-building initiatives, we aim to empower all students in the sorority and fraternity community to achieve their goals and contribute positively to both the campus and broader society. Our work aligned with the mission of the University and Division of Student Affairs, emphasizing the importance of serving all students and supporting their holistic growth and success.

One of the most incredible aspects of sorority and fraternity is seeing students develop as leaders.
