Nickname: Pi Kapps

Our chapter is one of the strongest and longest-standing chapters of Pi Kappa Phi nationally. For almost 100 years at Iowa State, we have been priding ourselves on building its members into exceptional leaders by providing them with uncommon opportunities. We are blessed to have a great, extensive support system of alumni and advisors, and we strive to enhance all our members’ college experiences through brotherhood, service and philanthropy, and professional, academic, and personal growth.
Motto
Exceptional Leaders, Uncommon Opportunities
Philanthropy
Ability Experience - Pi Kappa Phi's own National Philanthropy. "Building leaders of tomorrow by serving people with disabilities today." Every year, Pi Kapps put on our haunted house, a bike-a-thon and another Philanthropy event with another chapter. We annually raise around $3,000; with all the proceeds going to help benefit children with disabilities.

"I have said ever since I joined Pi Kapp that it was the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s the place that I’ve met many of my best friends, learned so much about myself as a man and a leader, and had the most fun I’ve ever had."

Steve Orsolini, 2024 Chapter President
