Phi Delta Theta is built off of three main principles. Friendship, Sound Learning, and Moral Rectitude. We try our best to uphold these principles every single day with every part of our lives. Bring a Phi is on of the greatest honors you can have while being here at Iowa State University. We are a loving group of brothers who try to grow closer and closer to each other every day. We strive to be the best men possible, and we are very proud to be a Phi!

    Housing Information
    Style of living We have cold air style sleeping with curtains for privacy.
    Room Features We have some two-man rooms and well as some three-man rooms. In a typical room you will find desks with three drawers per desk as well as your own individual dresser space with four drawers. We also have some room for mini-fridges. Ethernet ports are avai
    Dining Features Our dinning plan consists of 9 meals a week (Lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday with only lunch on Friday) and we also have a 24-hour kitchen access for making meals over the weekend or throughout the week.
    Entertainment Features Our formal room has a pool table in it where on any given day you will find some brothers down there playing pool.
    Parking We have around 40 parking spaced in our parking lot.
