Established in 1899, our fraternity, originally founded at the City College of New York, proudly planted its roots at Iowa State University in 1927, earning the esteemed chapter title of Beta Alpha. In a significant stride towards preserving our rich heritage, we reclaimed our historic home in 2021, ushering in a new era marked by thoughtful renovations and revitalization. At the heart of Delta Sigma Phi lies a steadfast commitment to our core values: culture, harmony, and friendship.     Style of living Offer dorm-style living of 1 - 3 men per room and multiple bathrooms on each floor.
    Room Features Bedrooms feature wardrobes, desks, and closet spaces for each member. Control your own AC or heat. Personalize your room anyway you want.
    Dining Features Meal plan for in-house members with access to a kitchen as well.
    Entertainment Features We offer a sand volleyball court in our front yard, misc outside games, TV room with access to streaming services, patio with a firepit in the backyard, and a pool/ping pong table.
