Delta Sigma Phi has given me more opportunities at Iowa State and experiences I would have never been able to reach. This fraternity has aided me in learning more and encouraging me to seek out more than my own goals.

Housing Information
Style of living Offer dorm-style living of 1 - 3 men per room and multiple bathrooms on each floor.
Room Features Bedrooms feature wardrobes, desks, and closet spaces for each member. Control your own AC or heat. Personalize your room anyway you want.
Dining Features Meal plan for in-house members with access to a kitchen as well.
Entertainment Features We offer a sand volleyball court in our front yard, misc outside games, TV room with access to streaming services, patio with a firepit in the backyard, and a pool/ping pong table.
Parking 20 spots for all members.
