Nickname: Chi Phi

In the Fall of 2015, Chi Phi returned to Iowa State University determined to spread the values of Truth, Honor, and Personal integrity. To extend the tender hand of friendship to the men who enrolled in this University and solidify Chi Phi’s place at Iowa State. Not long after, men of like minds and a vision to impact the community flocked to the organization, determined to create one like no other. An organization that embodied the vision of building better men and embracing the challenge of taking men into one of the most impressionable stages of their lives and showing them the tenderness of friendship of man with man. We continue to dedicate ourselves to building a supportive and loving brotherhood for all the men who find themselves at the doors of our organization. Chi Phi at Iowa State has become one of the country's most highly achieving Chi Phi chapters, and not only do we impact at the national level we as well locally.

I never wanted to join a fraternity until I met the great men of Chi Phi. The Chi Phi Fraternity to me, is a collective of men who never felt they would fit in with the stereotypical fraternity. Instead, we wanted to be an open, diverse organization that welcomes everyone who might feel the same way. We strive to Build Better Men through innovating leaders and cultivating a better community.
