The development of responsibility to actively participate in your community.
Each semester, chapters participate and conduct fundraisers for charitable organizations of their choice. The sorority and fraternity community raisied over $560,000 in the 2018-2019 academic year for local and national organizations. Some organizations include the Special Olympics of Iowa, Children's Miracle Network, local shelters, emergency resident projects, and many more. The community host and provides opportunities for community service through events like a Trick-or-Treat event, community clean-up, visiting local schools, and alternative Spring Break trips. Through the multiple opportunities the community gave 54,000 hours of service in 2018-2019 academic year.
