Pi Kappa Alpha's history is rich in tradition. Founded in 1868 by six men at the University of Virginia, Pi Kappa Alpha was among the first social college fraternities. The shared experience of PIKE membership has expanded to 204 chapters across North America over the past 153 years, impacting the lifelong success of more than 300,000 initiates. Pi Kappa Alpha consists of men committed to Scholarship, Leadership, Drive, and Character.
